Our Exciting Opportunity

E- and Q-Commerce are rapidly changing our lives. To allow short delivery times, products have to be stored in proximity to potential customers. A central building block towards economic feasibility of Q-commerce companies will be the creation of dense, flexible and intelligent urban storage systems. Responsible for creating and maintaining our customer’s initial and ongoing success, your role is vital to the successful delivery of our targets.

Your Tasks

  • Build our Customer Success organization from scratch to include both technical and physical onboarding as well as ongoing customer support
  • Manage a seamless transition to bringing customers live and delivering the highest level of customer service by maintaining a close communication loop with the Sales team
  • Establish a highly automated and lean onboarding process to set up and integrate new customers into our systems
  • Manage new customer hardware installation through collaboration of a team of internal specialists with our external service partners
  • Work closely with our Supply Chain team to ensure a high production quality from our suppliers and excellence from our service partners
  • Continuously improve internal performance by staying at the forefront of innovative management processes

Your Profile

  • You believe that only through putting the customer experience at the centre of our organization can we achieve long-term success
  • You have deep experience (3 years+) in managing high performance  service and operations teams
  • You have strong technical knowledge allowing you to understand our product and how to best integrate with our customers’ systems
  • You have a service-oriented, customer-centric mindset and experience managing B2B relationships
  • You are a team player who is solution-driven, innovative and works independently
  • You have strong English skills, other languages are a bonus

Additionally

  • You have a degree in industrial engineering, business or related field of study is a plus
  • You are willing to travel abroad, if necessary
